Went there with some co-workers last weekend. The restaurant is fairly impressive when you walk in. Big heavy wooden door, with the kitchen right there on the first floor so you can see it's clean. Then you go upstairs, and everything looks quite nice. The waitress was very nice, and pretty helpful. She spoke some English and was able to explain what everything was. After we ordered the food came very quickly. The main dish came after about 25 minutes, with all the tapas coming one after another within 10 minutes. The food was outstanding. The potatoes were probably the best part. The only down side to this place is the cost. It's really quite expensive, but worth it.
I've been to the bar several times, it's a great place to just go and chill out, have a couple beers or some shots. First floor has a pool table and the owner is pretty damn good. They also have a foosball table but it's kinda tucked away at the moment. Drinks are mostly 10 kuai, shots are about the same, 10 kuai all around. He makes barbecue some nights, last time I was there his wife made rice porridge for us. The music seems to vary with the number of people in the bar, When there's alot it'll be dance, not so many the maybe rock. He has a pretty good collection of music there. Service is pretty solid, the owner and his wife behind the counter, always serve pretty quickly. All in all I'd say it's a kick ass place to hang out.
I went there last week for a bit of breakfast with a friend. Both of us ended up hugging the toilet for the next couple days...so I highly recommend avoiding the breakfasts. The service while we were there was pretty good. The waitress came over regularly and served us rather quickly. The food itself seemed fine. Tried to get eggs, and they sent out a weird mess with the eggs already broken. My buddies was a bit better off as they only broke one of his eggs. I think if it hadn't been for getting sick it would have been a decent place.
We had some trouble finding it the first time because it's punc not punk. It calls itself some sort of juice bar, but don't let that fool you. The staff are really friendly and can speak some English. On Friday and Saturday they have a college girl working there that speaks decent English to help serve any foreigners that come in. The drinks are pretty good, and the owner, Jackie, likes to make sure the drinks are done right. Overall the cost is about average, 20 a shot, 10 for a beer. And the music varies from night to night. So far I've heard Hip Hop, Blues, Country, and some old Rock usually in English. THe interior has big comfy couches, with tables so you can play cards, and so seats up at the bar so you can chat with the staff. Overall a decent spot. There isn't any food, so I put that at a 5
The food was decent considering this is China and Mexican food isn't too common here. I've been there twice, once for tacos, which were pretty good, and once for enchiladas, which has a weird salsa that would have great on a pizza. Overall decent food, and service.
