Can recommend this hospital, Monday, 31 March 2008
The hospital is in Lianhe Lu, corner Gao'erji Lu. The VIP department is the small door behind the reception desk on the left in the main hall. The friendly staff there speaks English and is very helpful.
After reading some of the other reviews and talking with people who made experiences in Dalian hospitals I was sure not to go to one of those places. 1st Dalian Medical University Hospital was recommended to me by a chinese doctor.
Finally I left this place with the impression that the people here know what they are doing and that I got only the useful tests. Dr. Gao speaks excellent English, so communication was straightforward. The place is clean and VIP service seems to be well organized. If you can't avoid going to a hospital in Dalian I recommend this place.
