Went with a couple of friend one week end for skiing and hotspring, the package was a bit too rush, 2 hours skiing anf 3 hours hot spring.
Skiing would have been more fun if the "snow" isn't so hard like ice. One the whole, we had a fun time there, as the service guys/gals there are very friendly and helpful.
Went on a hotspring trip a week later, had a decent hot dip the followed by foot massage and body masssage. Cheap and really relaxing, foot massage cost about 49 RMB, body massage is about 99 RMB, depends on what type of massage.
Pretty well equiped place... would definitely go again for the hotspring but will pass on the skiing..
Was there on a Saturday night, stayed till about midnight. Didn't see any foreigners there, think we were the only bunch.
Great service, as comparing with Babyface, and the service guy is very friendly. Didn't feel like he is pushing drinks on us, so we can relax and enjoy the music.
Better music than Babyface, cos it's non-techno, personal preference. It's all disco and some R&B mix, heard the Rihanna Umbrella song, and some songs are mandarin disco pops.
Paid 588RMB to enjoy sitting in the exclusive sofa corner, for a package of 1 btl of whiskey and 2 cans of cokes and 2 bottles of green tea and a complimentary fruit platter, which is served everywhere I've been. Think it's pretty affordable, and really good service, as the waiter keep passing us tissue papers and emptying ash trays and pouring drinks for us as soon as we empty our glasses.
I really don't mind going again, and I'll remember to bring a crowd, much more fun that way.
Oh.. and not everyone there speaks english, cos our waiter can't speak a word, except ok and thank you....
When I first stepped in I liked the place, but as soon as I sat down for a feed, I was totally disappointed. The music was way too loud for comfort, had to shout whole night to my friends.
Food is so so... hate to compare, but I had better feed in Singapore's Paulaner, so was disappointed with this place.
Beer just doesn't taste that great even though it's freshly brewed...
Band always play the same song, so not interesting anymore, cos few times I was there, I can basically tell what songs they will play next.
Really great place the moment I stepped into the bulding, I feel so overwhelmed. The lightings, the BMW sitting at the lobby, and the waitress leading you to the room.
Book before hand, and get a great room, so posh.
Food, as per normal in most seafood restaurant, great sashimi, as usual, try the live prawns, still jumping, I had to fight with the prawns to de-shell them.. delicious! Worth the fight!
Deep fried oyster is a NoNo... just like deep fried flour...although the oysters are big and juicy, tasteless after being coated with so much flour.
Steamed fish is great, real fresh, and the gravy is not too salty, just nice.
I won't mind going again, although it's kinda pricy, worth it I think, for the great ambience and good service.
