Had a mixed experience going to and arriving at Linhai today. The 1 pm bus from Youhao Sq didn't show up, neither did the 1:15 from Olypmpic Sq. The ski shop at the end of the block, across from the soccer fields says the 8:30 and 8:40 are a sure thing... I think.
Anyway, a cab ride will cost u 110 RMB round trip. By the end of January they may even have the second chair (1.5 runs) open! Until they do, unless you're still learning how to turn and stop, the bunny slope just won't cut it... The second could be a bit of fun, a bit steeper, 2x longer, but still short.
The rental board gear looked pretty good, rental skiis, etc. were probably 20 yrs old. I'm not even exaggerating!
It was a nice drive in the country on a gorgeous day! I think the cab driver liked it, too. I came home and did my grocery shopping.
