 Good atmosphere, Good food, Glacial service,  Wednesday, 21 February 2007 I stopped by Noah's last night for a beer and a pizza and was pleased to find a nice laidback bar atmosphere. They were playing some decent blues tunes (B.B. King) while the band was getting ready to play. I was solo, so I grabbed a seat at the bar. The waitress came right over, and I ordered a big bottle of Asahi for 15 kuai and a small pizza. I thought things were off to a great start. 30 mins later, I enquired after my pizza which had yet to arrive and was told(in Chinese) that the kitchen was very busy. I looked around and there were not that many people eating, but decided to let it go and the waitress went on circling the bar trying to look busy. (she did not go check on my food) At about the hour mark, I complained again. This time I was a bit more forceful, and the waitress went to the kitchen and appeared with my pizza. The pizza was actually quite good, and I'm sure I will be going back despite the long wait. In the final analysis, seems like a really good chill bar with good food and cheap beer. But you might want to bring a snack for the wait...
