You don't need a metro-card for shopping. Just go to the counter at the entrance and say you need a 1-day-permit and they will give you a piece of paper. Don't need to give you name, passport, nothing - just hand that piece of paper over when you pay for your shopping...

the jun bar has been closed since january and doesn't seem to open again....
