That is a good and cheap bar and u can find there beautiful girls (Russian) for making friendship and disco too totally hip-hop and rock music played there, and it seems not so big but ok wid music. ur hearts will shake dere and good beer. See u all dere take care byeeeeeee
This is the first place me and my colleague went out to, it was really surprisingly nice, there was a Halloween vibe and decorations, people were dressed as monsters, and other things. It was very cheap, we paid 30 yuan and we could drink all night. They did not have any variety at all when it came to drinks, it was more like a home party where you do your own strong mixed drinks that taste like crap, but still they also had beer... we met a lot of nice people, and it was fun!
This place reminds me of all the college bars I used to hang out at - mainstream music and drunk girls showing off and being oggled and hit on by drunk guys. No class or style required here! Not bad fun, as long as you've had a few yourself, and are feeling a little feral! Friendly and efficient bar staff to help you get that way..
The toilet smells foul, so take a big breath before venturing in!

Its a nice and cheap club. Its NOT A BAR. Its a birt dirty , loud but if you really like Black Music and want to dance with a lot of people its a good choice to go.
A Coke 10rmb and its possible to reserv a table.

Best dance club for expats with R&B passion, Monday, 05 March 2007
Even though there are lots of bars in Dalian, most places provide no atmosphere at all. JD bar, however, is one of the most reliable places for some fun to really decent prices. The reason for that are of course the "unruly attention seeking russian girls" (who granted you permission to leave your monastery sister zoogles ???) who are actually the most entertaining factor in that place. The music is the the usual we-have-only-one-CD-on-stock R&B mix. Anyways, it provides the right beat for a lick-the-salt-of-her-skin-dance in the late hours. Beer and tequilla shots for just 10RMB help to reach the sexy-and-drunk-russian-girl table dance point faster than in most other bars. For anyone who experienced nightlife in Beijing, shanghai, harbin or even changchun, JD will be nothing but an average club but its sad and its true: JD is pretty much the best dance bar in dalian*(I refer to places with a steady number of at least 150 clients on a friday/saturday night during 22.00 to 01.00.)
*Therefore I gave an 1 point higher rating to music and environment than it would deserve in several other towns

Decent enough drinks at moderate prices, music perhaps a bit repetitive, bare floors, uneven stone steps, playboy pages stuck on the walls in the loos. Plenty of seating given the fairly small space - providing yours isn't one of the tables being danced on by the unruly attention seeking russian girls.
