This is my 4th time having a meal at tapas. I usually order the variety of tapas which is tasty. For the first time, I ordered the paella. If you are expecting a seafood rice you may be satisfied. As a Spanish cuisine fan, this was the first and the last paella I order. The taste was everything except the famous, sizzling Spanish paella flavoured with saffran and a distinguished seafood broth.
The restaurant upgraded his wine list, deleting the non Spanish wine variety which was of excellent value....Apart from these wines, try the sangria by the jug, it is flavoured with cinnamon and refreshing

TAPAS -BIG DISSAPOINTMENT, Monday, 07 January 2008
We went to tapas after seeing the reviews on the web. They were written probably by the P.R. people of the place.
Another possibility; most haven't ever tasted real spanish food.
Anyway - the variety was very small, the quality matches the variety.
The only thing that was really rare was the price....
But the chairs r quite nice....

Great Food, Nice Place, Saturday, 15 December 2007
Went there with some co-workers last weekend. The restaurant is fairly impressive when you walk in. Big heavy wooden door, with the kitchen right there on the first floor so you can see it's clean. Then you go upstairs, and everything looks quite nice. The waitress was very nice, and pretty helpful. She spoke some English and was able to explain what everything was. After we ordered the food came very quickly. The main dish came after about 25 minutes, with all the tapas coming one after another within 10 minutes. The food was outstanding. The potatoes were probably the best part. The only down side to this place is the cost. It's really quite expensive, but worth it.
I like the ambience there especially the light.I never have the real Spanish food.and I do like most of the food we ordered. We 4 people spent more than 500rmb.All of us felt quite full.Have to say That Spanish rice is quite big!The one says for 2 people is even enough for 4 i think.
I have been there a few times. I think that's a wonderful place. There have the best rice I ever had before, spanish rice. It's so nice taste. On the menu says that small one for two. But the waiter told me that's normally enough for 3 persons. I am glad the waiter told me that. Otherwise I would have oder more food. And the Gambas was delicious. the service there was good. I feel that is the best western restaurant I have been to.
The calamary there also nice!
