Alliance Francaise is a non-profit, NGO (non-government organization) with three main purposes:
1. Offers a variety of French classes at all levels and maintain a small library of French magazines and publications
2. Organizes cultural events and activities in Dalian
3. Be an information center about studying in France
Alliance Francaise also offers Memberships (150 rmb per year) and members may borrow from the library and receive discounts on concert/activity tickets.
