Went there with my friend and we ordered some foods with red wine, they serve the red wine with ice and lemon... Thats not the worst, i told the waitress there's flies in the drink, she look at it didn't say anything and not even apologize and turn away, and the way she look at me as in i am an alien... The food is more like Chinese taste not really western type of taste....
The service was very poor...

I’ve been there 3 times and like this place.
Theirs combo’s a good and not expansive. You can get about 10 main dishes (meat/fish with macaroni) and Russian soup (not really Russian), bread, salad as side dish for 40/65RMB.
They have nice appearance and friendly stuff (some of them can speak English)

I went there with my friends for breakfast and even though i speak
chinese it took us a while to place the order. It was obvious that
chinese staff wasn't familier with menu. Wen we got our order it was
"funny", double eggs were served separately in 2 small bowls, same as
a toasts...and dont make me started on coffee.. I'm not sure that this
"western restaurant" knows how the food should be served.
The atmosphere not nice also, grey walls, smell of toilet and
uncomfortable sits.. I think this guys need to do some freshening.

I'm surprised there isn't already a review for the Big Apple. I've eaten there twice and was satisfied with the food and service both times.
The Big Apple has an extensive menu and everything I ordered was above average quality.
The Big Apple is located not far from Victory square and is a two-story place with windows overlooking the street. The atmosphere is casual and it feels like a warm comfortable place to eat a relaxing meal.

They even have pizza in addition to steaks and pasta and just about anything else you might get a crazing for.
