Nice clean, hospitable restaurant. It would be nice if the menu had more english. The food was not exceptional but that's more to do with Russian cuisine than the chef's skill.
Really nice place. Good service, appearance, prices.
And have extremely thick menu with a lot of dishes.
This place is very good to try russian cuisine

Best Russian Food in Dalian, Wednesday, 26 March 2008
Have been there a few times with my friends, have to say some of the best Russian food I've had in China. Was lucky enough to visit Russia last year and have to say the food here is very authentic. The owner's are very nice people, always up for a chat.
Definetly a must try restaurant in Dalian
It's a bit difficult to find, but when you get near it it's hard to miss. A big red sign with Russian all over it. When you walk, you immediately go down stairs into the dining area. Pretty nice looking, and all wood.
We went there around lunch time, and there wasn't much a crowd which was nice. The waitress came right over and gave us a menu. It's a bit hard to read some of it, as it's in Chinese and Russian, with bits of English sprinkled in for effect. The food was ok. We ordered the cheese dumplings, which were mostly cheeseless, Ukrainian Potatoes with a milk sauce, and giant meatballs. The food was decent, and came relatively quickly. Service was just ok.
The bill wasn't horrible either. I think we spent about 70RMB or so for 3 people. All in all it's an ok place if your hankering for some Russian food.
