I went in speaking only English, they only Korean, through it all we came out with a decent hair cut, i cannot complain at all. I will let fellow americans that if you use a #2 or a #3 on the sides to shave in the states, start with a #5 here and work down from there, needless to say I got a close shave but it looks good and I will go there agian for sure..

Good service and a SUPERB haircut!, Thursday, 22 May 2008
After reading the two earlier positive reviews, I went to Soho for a haircut. It was worth every mao! For 90 RMB (I usually pay 15 RMB!) I not only received a hairstyle that suits me, but I also had my neck and shoulders massaged while Jenny, the hairstylist, was busy with another customer. Because I have fine hair, I was delighted that Jenny was able to create a style with fullness. In my two years in Dalian, it's the best haircut I've ever received and I highly recommend this hair salon to anyone who hasn't been satisfied with their current hairdresser. JoyM
A friend and I went to the Soho Salon and were extremely pleased with our haircuts. The salon was clean, the staff was very professional and they did an excellent job.
I have thin, fine, medium length, curly hair and they cut the layers perfectly that the curls bounce with minimal effort. My friend has short thick hair and they gave her a great wash and go style.
After a couple of frustrating visits to different hair salon in the city I finally found this Korean place.Very clean, the staff is very friendly and most important, they did a great job. After 2 years in Dalian I finally had a professional, decent haircut. There is one staff member speaking some English but in case there is a communication issue they’ll show you hundreds of hairstyle pictures to help you find the right one.
