The restaurant is convenient (around the corner from the Ramada) and open late, but I found it a bit over-priced for Korean food in Dalian. I had a simple spicy soup with tofu and a bit of seafood for 25 rmb and it was good, but I can usually get the dish for less elsewhere.
For example, the row of Korean restaurants across Victory Square, in the basement of the high-rise Korean shopping center/hotel seem to be a much better value to me, with more of the small dishes and tastier. And only 5 minutes from the Ramada.
Maybe I didn't order the right things at this restaurant. Menu had Russian, English and Chinese, plus pictures, so certainly easy to order. Service was fine.

This restaurant is one of popular places with Koreans in Dalian, it's very near "Ramada Hotel" (left side - you can find it, actually belongs to the Hotel.
Generally, "Bul Go Gee = Beef BBQ Boiled style" and "Kal Bi - Beef rab BBQ" and "Bee Beem Bob = boiled rice with variety vagetables and hot sauce" among Korean Food are very well know through out the world.
If you go near Dalian station or Victory Square, go there, try the food.
You won't be disappointed.
