Kitchen is open from 5:30p.m.-11:00p.m. Bar is open from 5:30p.m.-2:00a.m. Brooklyn is closed on Mondays.

GREAT Appetizer Menu and Service, Sunday, 28 September 2008

The mozzarella sticks were perfect as were the onion rings and other appetizers. They alone were worth the price of the meal. The service was also excellent. It was a first for me to have the waitress make sure that the appetizers came out before the meal and that the meals came at the same time. She was also very attentive and took great care of the table. It wasn't really busy so we actually had 3 attractive waitresses helping us out and cleaning off plates as soon as we got done. They even wiped the table clean and did all of those things we take for granted at home.

My burger was excellent. My friend was a little braver and tried the meatloaf. I wouldn't recommend it but it was lined with bacon and others may really like it.

The music was a nice mix of tunes - not too loud or too soft. Fans made sure that cigarette smoke didn't bother us and it seemed like a group of regulars all having a good time.

The whole experience was great. Mixed drinks were a little pricey. 40-50 yuan on average, but hey, ya have to keep the doors open and I will not hesitate to go back. I just want to work my way through the appetizer menu!

Excellent place. It was a little hard to find. It is walking distance from the Starbucks in Olympic Plaza area. It is about 3 blocks back.

well we have found a bar in dalian where we can watch the tri nations we are a group of kiwis here and we have met a group of aussies frenchmen and some english also canadians and americans we are having a ball at the brooklyn on the weekends and cant see us going anywhere else in the near future give the bar a try especially on a sat if you are into rugby thanks to all the staff for making us so welcome and giving us a small home from home see you there

As a bunch of Kiwis and Aussies who do live just around the corner we are regular visitors at the Brooklyn Bar, We all love it, the food is great, all the staff greet us like old mates as soon as we walk in the door and Kelvin the bar man pours a very generous drink!!

We would like to thank Wayne the owner for letting us party and have a blast on saturday night for the boys birthdays, it was the most fun we have had in a long time! Hope we didnt frighten anyone away with our great dance moves!! Cheers :)

authentic mozzarella sticks, buffalo wings, toasted/seasoned burger buns, lime (for Corona, although they were out last time), a loungy area with ping pong table. Personally I enjoy the burgers over the pizza, although I think most folks might disagree with me.

But seriously, mozzarella sticks! Go get'em!

went to brooklyns the other night-- good, attentive service, but had problem giving separate bills-- i hate dividing up the bill in a group!! had a hamburger-- the best i have had in china!-- a little red inside even though i asked for it to be medium-well done; pizza lovers will like this place also; drinks are reasonably priced; dined at the second floor-- a little hot so need some air conditioning and better air flow to get rid of the oppressive smoke when many people are there-- restaurant could set aside 1 floor for us non-smokers-- a good place to go to
